MEP Estimation Engineer – DHA TECHNOLOGY LLC

• Thoroughly  Review all the documents provided by the Main Contractor, Clients, and/or Consultants Drawings, Specifications, Addendums, Special instructions, and BOQ (if any) before tendering to determine the scope of work and proceed with estimation.

• Quantity Take-off for MEP Services (Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing).

• Research to obtain updated data on labor and materials costs by sending RFQs to approve vendors.

• Utilized cost estimation systems to document project information and create estimates.

• Prepare an Estimation Sheet based on the provided documents, gathered data from suppliers/vendors, and quantity take-off.

• Prepare Proposal Quotations after finalizing the Material Cost, Labor Cost, Overhead, Profit, and Risk.

• If there are revisions and additional documents for Tender Works, review all the previous documents received and revise the quotation if necessary.

• Do Site Survey, Prepare Target for each project and monitor if the Target Billing for the said project have been achieved. 

• Prepare a Bill breakdown and progress billing for the Job in-hand project based on the Site Progress Report and Approved BOQ that will used for the Invoice.

• Identify the differences or discrepancies on the Tender Plan and Shop Drawings, and prepare variation reports as needed.

• • Assist the Draftsman and Engineer in preparing MEP Shop Drawings.
