  • Oversee daily operations and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Perform home maintenance services where required for the business to meet client needs and maintain service standards.
  • Quality Control
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Address any issues or defects promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Team Management and Training
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure they are competent in performing their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help team members improve and grow within the company.
  • Client Coordination and Customer Service
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule services and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate with clients about the status and outcomes of maintenance tasks.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management
  • Oversee the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance tasks.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies while controlling costs.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote home maintenance services and attract new clients.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies and participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Develop proposals and estimates for potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into contracts.
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular safety training and drills to ensure team members are prepared for emergencies.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health and safety.
  • Communication with Security and Local Authorities
  • Liaise with security personnel to ensure the safety of the worksite and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Communicate with local authorities regarding permits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to any incidents or emergencies in coordination with security and local authorities to ensure a prompt and effective response.
  • Transportation
  • Safely transport technicians and equipment to various job sites, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Inspections
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Manager immediately.
  • Perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks with assistance of the technicians, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery health.
  • Maintain with assistance of the technicians the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle, both interior and exterior.
  • Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
