Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
• Coordinate and communicate project details with internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.

Material Procurement:

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials required for joinery projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain an adequate stock of materials.

Communication and Reporting:

• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications between various departments.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project managers, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications.
• Organize and archive project files for future reference.
