We are looking for a Secretary with experience in Microsoft Office to join our team in Jdeideh, Lebanon. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be handling incoming phone calls, managing the filing system, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls
  2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  3. Maintain contact lists
  4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role
  2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong organizational and planning skills
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Prior accounting knowledge is a plus.
