Responsibilities: • Lead client solicitation activities and generate new business opportunities • Ensure that solid business leads are generated • Present to clients and manage proposed and ongoing relationships with business partners • Liaise with other members on client’s learning and development requirements • Maintain and regularly update a network of clients and business partners • Support in the development of pricing models and business proposals • Provide regular reporting to the Head on ongoing and pipelined business opportunities • Coordinate with other functions within client that require the Senior Business Development Executive’s inputs • Support in identifying trainers and speakers for client training programs and events • Handle any additional relevant tasks demonstrating adaptability and initiative to meet the changing needs of the Institute. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as: o Business Administration o Public Relations o Marketing • 8-10 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of Arabic and English is a must (fluency in both) • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic team setting • Salesmanship and communication skills • Responsiveness and teamwork • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications + Virtual Meetings programs such as Teams and Zoom
