  • Coordinate with sellers and service centers ensuring serviceability and enhancing the after-sales sellers, service centers, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, finance, and warehouse.
  • Attend all warranty claim-related complaints.
  • Calling sellers/service centers and customers.
  • Reporting and MIS of the task.
