مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- تدريس المواد الدراسية وفقًا للمنهاج المعتمد
- تخطيط وتنظيم الدروس والنشاطات التعليمية
- تقديم الملاحظات والتوجيه للطلاب لتحسين أدائهم
- تقييم أداء الطلاب وتعديل منهاج الدراسة حسب الحاجة
- التواصل مع أولياء الأمور لتقديم التقارير والتحديثات حول تقدم الطلاب
المرشح المثالي:
- خبرة سابقة في التدريس لمدة سنة إلى 5 سنوات
- شهادة تعليمية في التخصص المطلوب
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل مع فريق
- قدرة على تحفيز وتلهم الطلاب
- القدرة على التعامل مع تحديات السلوك والتحفيز والتعلم الفردي
