Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating administrative functions and activities within the organization.
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Managing and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Providing administrative support to staff and management.
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in raising LPO’s and invoices
