What you’ll be doing
As a brand ambassador you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
- Providing our clients with a memorable shopping experience
- Establish and develop relationships with regular clients, and VIP clients
- Achieve brand standards relating store presentation and stock control
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ability to build strong, genuine relationships with clients
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Passion for creating an amazing client experience that exceeds the client’s expectations
- Enthusiastic team player who also takes opportunities to show initiative
