  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve these goals
  • Manage relationships with current and potential clients
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to managers
  • Coordinate post-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain corporate segment clients through various sales activities (face-to-face sales meetings, phone calls, events, field inspections, etc.), ensuring a comprehensive account portfolio, achieving targets, and maximizing production
  • Create and negotiate corporate proposals, annual contracts, and other necessary business relationships
  • Closely monitor account revenues, business production, and Corporate Accounts, and keep the Account & Contact Database up-to-date in the property management system
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the unique selling points, features, facilities, services, and policies of all food sales locations
  • Coordinate and communicate with Outbound Sales Offices regarding accounts/markets served by Outbound Sales, and identify Sales Leaders for other Rotana Hotels outside the region
  • Update hotels on the progress of each event and facilitate the use of technology for communication and customer information
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Manager – Corporate on changing market conditions, review direct competitors, and conduct regular research
