• Develop IT strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Oversee and monitor IT operations and systems to ensure seamless operations and high service levels.
• Provide state-of-the-art technologies equipped with the latest hardware and software to deliver the highest levels of performance, security, and resource efficiency while minimizing costs and operational impact.
• Establish strategic service provider partnerships to enhance service levels and support.
• Develop contingency and troubleshooting plans for all systems to ensure high levels of business continuity.
• Manage, develop, and motivate IT staff to ensure efficiency and foster a team spirit.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal and external guest satisfaction to achieve hotel objectives at RGSS and RESS.
• Develop policies and procedures to guarantee the availability, integrity, and security of data and assets in line with company standards, ensuring business continuity.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets for IT systems to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.
• Prepare and present a monthly activity report to the IT Regional Director and General Manager for effective communication.
