Document Controller – Inspire Gulf Recruitment Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and organized Document Controller to join our team in the construction and civil engineering industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation and records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all documents are accurately processed and easily accessible, supporting project efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement document control procedures and systems to manage project documentation efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
• Receive, review, and log incoming documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring that all records are easily retrievable and securely stored.
• Distribute documents to project teams, stakeholders, and external parties as required, and track document revisions and updates.
• Ensure that all project documentation is compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
