Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patient needs based on physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Stay up to date with advancements in medical treatments and procedures.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Valid nursing license and certification in home country
• DHA/MOH eligibility or license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work long shifts.
