Manage and organize all housekeeping activities in the hotel to ensure high quality guest service and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of all areas. [[Key Responsibilities:[[ 1. [[Supervise the Work Team:[[ – Direct and manage housekeeping staff, including cleaning rooms, laundry, and public areas. – Organize work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient performance. 2. [[Budget and Inventory Management:[[ – Prepare the annual budget for the housekeeping department and monitor expenses. – Manage the inventory of supplies and materials used in cleaning and ensure their availability. 4. [[Communicate with other departments:[[ – Collaborate with the reception and maintenance teams to ensure that guest needs are met. – Deal with guest complaints related to housekeeping in an effective and prompt manner. 5.
