Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and build strong customer relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: at least two years of experience in marketing in Kuwait
