Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Family Entertainment Center in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, social media and campaign management, partnership and event coordination, and team and process development.

– Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
– Social Media and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, ensuring campaigns are timely, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
– Partnership & Events: Cultivate and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, celebrities, and influencers to amplify brand presence and drive customer engagement.
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
– Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service departments to ensure cohesive and effective execution of marketing strategies.
– Brand Management: Manage the overall brand image, craft briefs for social media, and oversee campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
– Marketing Materials: Ensure all marketing materials are current, engaging, and visually appealing, maintaining consistency with the brand’s image and values.
– Market Entry Strategy: Lead proactive strategies for successful brand and branch launches, ensuring a strong and impactful market entry.
– Team Management: Effectively manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Requirements- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a marketing role at the Assistant Manager or Managerial level.
– Demonstrated experience in the entertainment industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
– Flexibility and willingness to work between Dubai and Abu Dhabi as needed.
