Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Mason’s Helper to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist masons in performing their duties by preparing materials, mixing mortar, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist masons in laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks by supplying materials and tools.
Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other materials as required for masonry work.
Load and unload materials, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible for masons.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris, disposing of waste, and cleaning tools.
Set up scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment as required for masonry projects.
Ensure all materials are ready and available to avoid delays in the masonry work.
Carry out basic masonry tasks such as laying bricks and stones under the supervision of a mason.
Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of masonry structures as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the mason or supervisor.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Mason’s Helper or in a similar construction role is preferred.
Strong understanding of masonry tools, materials, and techniques.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a construction environment.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
