We seek a dedicated Network Maintenance Engineer to provide round-the-clock maintenance, operations, and support for our customer WAN and LAN network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous high-speed network availability, manage network services, optimize network capacity, and perform tuning to meet operational requirements. The responsibilities include preventive maintenance to forecast physical network equipment conditions and support services to troubleshoot, train, and implement changes for Our customers and network tenants, such as GDP. Moreover, the role involves scheduling, evaluating, and executing change requests to maintain uninterrupted customer services and ensure network security.
