Role Overview:
True Line General Trading LLC is looking for a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our startup team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness for Etete Coffee products through effective sales strategies, customer relationships, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly sales targets for Etete Coffee.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement campaigns across online and offline channels to boost brand awareness.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Regularly report sales and marketing performance to the General Manager.
- CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- UAE Driving License.
- Experience in coffee beans trading is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel and event attendance required.
