Sales Engineer Projects – LAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of different types of doors, door frames, hardware, and related products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements.
• Project Consultation: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders to understand project specifications and requirements related to doors. Offer technical guidance and product recommendations to meet project needs.
• Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and quotes for door solutions based on project requirements, ensuring that they align with budget constraints and building codes.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to client inquiries and concerns.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote door solutions to generate sales. This includes attending trade shows, networking with industry professionals, and conducting presentations to potential clients.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the project, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that installations meet quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and product suppliers to ensure the successful execution of door-related projects.
• Quotation and Cost Analysis: Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and budget analyses for door solutions, considering factors like materials, labor, and installation costs.
