Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and ensuring the salon is clean and well-maintained.
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support personnel. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing client concerns, and implementing feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance client retention and loyalty.
