Technical Assistant – Allied Actuarial Consultancy

• ERP System Maintenance and Enhancement: Support and enhance our ERP system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• IT Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with IT vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans tailored to client requirements, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Execution and Delivery: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and address any issues or changes in the project timeline.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Manage expectations and provide exceptional service.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Team Utilization: Provide regular updates on team utilization and analyze timesheets to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
• Familiarity with IT systems, software development, and technical documentation.
