Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
Make the Monthly training calendar in consultation with direct manager and execute programs as per the schedule.
Follow up on measuring the performance of sales staff through periodic evaluations, and address development obstacles.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Evaluating employee training, preparing the necessary reports and studies, getting to know the opinions of the participants and the extent to which they are used, and submitting reports to the direct manager
Submitting proposals and monthly, periodic and annual reports on the progress of work to the direct manager
Coordination with training centers and external trainers to hold training courses if needed
