- تطوير وتطبيق الأنظمة الجديدة والمحاسبة
- اقفال الحسابات في نهاية كل شهر وكل سنة
- اعداد الميزانيات التقديرية
- اعداد توقعات السيولة ( التدفق النقدي )
- تطوير أنظمة الإدارة الداخلية والمراقبة المحاسبية
- توزيع المهام على فريق العمل
- تقييم المحاسبين في قسم المحاسبة
- التواصل مع جهات ذات الشأن المالي كالبنوك والموردين والمقاولين
- الاشراف على جرد المخازن وجرد الأصول وعمل السجلات المناسبة لها
- حساب التكاليف الخاصة بالمشاريع ومراقبة تحصيل الدفعات الخاصة بالمشاريع
