What you’ll be doing
The Social Content Associate crafts and manages impactful content across channels, aligning with brand identity and driving client engagement. They integrate creative and strategic planning to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage social media channels (Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of work in line with brand standards.
- Align all social content with strategy, brand, and business goals.
- Collaborate with the social team to lead pre-planning for shoots, oversee post-production, and drive branded content to completion.
- Collaborate with store team to lead vlogs and live shopping experience.
- Track brand and content budget, ensuring careful planning and monitoring of funds.
- Define and implement a holistic strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision, integrating content, commerce, and culture.
- Provide performance insights to the content team, promoting a growth culture and optimizing content ideation, distribution, scheduling, and amplification in an agile environment.
- Take ownership of content platform performance, building dashboards to report on key business indicators.
- Collaborate with the Design and Product teams to create exceptional digital interfaces and content experiences.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing team to co-manage strategic partnerships, events, and social media, ensuring growth in online community reach and engagement through original content series and curated editorial programming.
