We are seeking a UI/UX Graphic Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma and understands how to blend creativity with user-centric design principles. You will work closely with our product and development teams to translate concepts into seamless, engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to understand project goals and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Design engaging, intuitive, and responsive UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistent design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into functional and visually compelling interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in design reviews, presenting your work and receiving feedback constructively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and functional designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive designs.
- Familiarity with front-end development or collaboration with development teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
