[Key Responsibilities:[

– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

– Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and assessments.

– Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent.

– Conduct thorough reference checks and negotiate job offers to enhance the candidate experience.

– Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment metrics to management.

– [Experience:[ Minimum of 1 year in manpower hiring within the GCC, with experience in blue-collar recruitment.

– [Location:[ Must be based in the UAE.

– [Skills:[

 – Proficiency in using various job portals, both paid and free.

 – Strong command of English with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

– [Education:[ Any degree.

– [Knowledge:[ Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.

– [Performance Metrics:[ Ability to achieve hiring targets within specified timeframes.
