Description
Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of matters related to real estate and hospitality operations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Manage legal risks and ensure legal compliance across all business activities.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including senior management, finance, operations, and external legal advisors.Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters as required.Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications such as LLM preferred.Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.Proven experience in real estate or construction law, with a strong understanding of property transactions, lease agreements, and construction contracts.Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
