This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager – FMCG at RCIT Holding Co. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing operations for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division. This includes developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitive activity, and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
  2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
  5. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and market research
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in GCC is required
