What you’ll be doing  

As a Fashion Innovation Trainee, you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fashion innovation, contributing to groundbreaking ideas and business models. If you are passionate about fashion and eager to drive change in the luxury sector, this role is for you.

Objectives

• Innovative Fashion Solutions: Help develop cutting-edge fashion solutions aligned with trends and consumer preferences.
• Trend Analysis: Research and analyze global fashion trends, identifying opportunities for new brand creation and portfolio enhancement.
• Concept Development: Support the development of innovative fashion concepts and scalable business models.
• Project Management Support: Ensure timely delivery of projects within the fashion innovation pipeline.
• Inspiration & Education: Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging new ideas.
• Business Model Development: Assist in developing and testing new business models.
• Collaborate on Business Cases: Work with the Fashion Innovation team to present compelling business cases.
• Manage Projects: Support project management to deliver on time and meet objectives.
• Analyze Performance: Evaluate launched initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
• Facilitate Workshops: Contribute to workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creativity.
• Stay Updated: Monitor developments in fashion and technology, sharing insights to inspire new ideas.
