What you’ll be doing  

As a Marketing Trainee at Level Shoes, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic Marketing and PR team. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about the fashion and luxury industry, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, and public relations. You will assist in the planning and execution of monthly kids’ activations, obtaining necessary permits, competition monitoring, monthly reporting and much more. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned brands through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement.

  • Assist in suggesting and executing engaging monthly activations for our kids’ section.
  • Support the team in obtaining necessary permits for events and activations.
  • Conduct competition monitoring and reporting on events and clienteling.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media outlets to identify potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate and execute in-store and offsite events, including maintaining media contact lists and monitoring media coverage.
  • Prepare monthly, post-event, and concession reports whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Update current activities with stores and internal functions by creating and distributing necessary briefs.
  • Manage invoice organization and recording, including issuing POs and processing payments.
  • Monitor and update the budget sheet on a daily basis to ensure accurate spend tracking.

What you’ll need to succeed  

  • A strong interest in and knowledge of the regional market, fashion, and luxury industries.
  • A commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a resilient and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
