– Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from faculty, staff, and students.
– Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, and manage the university’s master calendar.
– Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office procedures and processes.
– Oversee records management, including filing systems, documentation, and data entry.
– Assist with budget management, procurement, and invoice processing.
– Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Support special projects and initiatives led by university leadership.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
– Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English & Arabic language.
