Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads on time and do follow-up to convert to appointments and track all client updates using a database system.
- Look for properties that meet Client’s requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process.
- Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.
Compensation:
- Our position based on commission (50%-50%)-This may vary upto 70-80%
