Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the marble and granite industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of marble and granite products, including types, qualities, and applications.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive products.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Track and report on market conditions and competitor activities.
Order Management:
- Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage order processing, including handling quotes, invoices, and contracts.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability meets customer demand.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the import/export department to manage international sales and compliance.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company and its products.
