Sales – Sales Manager – MICE – Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Manager – MICE you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans and will include key responsibilities such as:

• Handle all incoming MICE RFP generated by inbound or outbound sales offices, pertaining to own defined segment or portfolio
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
• Prepare offer letters according to guest requirements and availability, according to company standards and selling strategy
• Ensure that all necessary information about the event is obtained either from account manager or from the client directly prior to the preparation of an offer
• Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking
• Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system
• Ensure that Rotana sales policies and SOPs are adhered to at all times
