Solution Expert – SAP Retail SD – Al Futtaim Group

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR, ensuring effective integration and smooth operation of various business functions.
• Lead engaging workshops and training sessions for end-users, facilitating the comprehension and adoption of SAP functionalities, while providing comprehensive assistance for resolving system issues and challenges.
• Spearhead interactive workshops and training programs for end-users, enabling them to grasp and implement SAP features, while providing extensive support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, comprising functional specifications, test plans, and training materials, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge transfer during every phase of the project.

What You Will Do

•  Application Management: Manage, troubleshoot, setup, and maintain SAP solutions. 

•  Develop specifications for system changes, maintain documentation, liaise with software suppliers, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

•  Solution Delivery: Collaborate with implementation teams to develop, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure adherence to development standards and deliver projects on time and within budget.

•  Other Key Responsibilities: Engage with IT managers and stakeholders, contribute to business process improvements, and maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuous learning.
