• Configuration: Configure AV systems to ensure optimal performance, including setting up audio and video components, calibrating displays, and programming control systems.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of AV systems to verify functionality, performance, and integration with other systems.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Support: Provide technical support for AV systems, addressing issues reported by clients or internal users.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to AV equipment and systems, including connectivity issues, equipment malfunctions, and software problems.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on AV systems to ensure continued operation and reliability, including software updates and hardware inspections.
