Job Summary:
The Chief Steward oversees the overall stewarding operations in a hospitality setting to ensure cleanliness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and efficient kitchen operations.
Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
– Train and supervise stewarding staff on proper cleaning procedures and protocols
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
– Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of operations and cleanliness of equipment
– Handle any escalated issues or complaints related to stewarding operations
Candidate Requirements:
