A Reputable Company located in Tripoli is seeking to recruit a Store Supervisor.
Main Duties:
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Oversee the proper storage of products to prevent damage and facilitate easy access.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder supplies as necessary.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to track product movement and reduce discrepancies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance.
- Assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
