Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Uniform Production Coordinator at Efzee Fashion Tailoring in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication, production planning, production management, project management, and organization skills in the uniform production process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Coordination:
o Oversee the production process of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are met
o Coordinate with the factory team to manage production schedules and timelines
o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
2. Merchandising:
o Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
o Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
o Manage the display and presentation of uniforms in retail and client locations
3. Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their uniform needs
o Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
4. Logistics and Distribution
o Coordinate the logistics of uniform delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
o Utilize a valid UAE driving license to manage deliveries and site visits
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular reports on production and sales performance
o Analyze data to make informed decisions on inventory and merchandising strategies
