An International American Curricular School in the Eastern Provence is looking for highly motivated and experienced Academic Coordinator/Supervisior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating academic programs and ensuring smooth operations within the academic department.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

– Coordinate faculty, staff, and student activities, maintaining effective communication channels.

– Provide administrative support for curriculum development, scheduling, and student evaluations.

– Monitor and improve academic processes to enhance student and faculty experiences.

– Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in academic and managerial roles.

– Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in education, management, or a related field.

– Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

– Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proven track record in academic coordination.
