– Interact with customers through chat, email, and phone to address their queries and concerns effectively

– Keep the website updated by continuously improving the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)

– Implement strategies and initiatives to increase business revenue and customer satisfaction

– Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to optimize online presence

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to implement best practices for e-commerce operations

Requirements:

– Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts

– Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
