Catering to container loadings from China & Fareast for Alghanim Industries and its associated Business Units
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee container loadings worldwide on daily basis
- Handle freight flow processes
- Responsible for loading the containers as per control measures in place by management as well as in alignment with buying team
- Reporting on bookings of shipments regularly by updating ERP System diligently for better management
- Respond to business unit complaints or inquiries related to container loadings.
- Responsible to manage relationship with shipping lines & freight forwarders by assisting suppliers to ship it as per intended timelines and in alignment with China team instructions
- Check copy documents as per destination clearance process.
