Job Title:

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team, who will manage human resources, including recruitment, policy development, and performance management, focusing on improving the company’s culture and supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Developing HR strategies in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

– Managing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of the best talent.

– Developing and managing HR policies and procedures.

– Guiding executives on the Saudi labor system and compliance with it.

– Implementing comprehensive training and development programs for employees.

– Managing the job evaluation system and motivating performance.

– Working to improve the work environment and enhance the company’s culture.

– Supervising payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance and transparency.

Requirements:

– 5 – 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in large industrial or commercial companies.

– In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations.
