- Execute recruitment matters.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders, and understand business objectives as well as develop HR strategies that support these goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to achieve business objectives.
- Handle basic personnel management for employees.
- Develop relevant programs within the organization to promote corporate culture and values.
- Develop and implement employee development plans, including but not limited to training and career development.
- Support KPI evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide HR plans and initiatives.
- Use HR analytics to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.
