Logistics Specialist – UniOil

• Handling ACID Requirements
• Completing logistics & customs import/export administrative tasks and organizing warehouse.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Direct distribution operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
• Monitor product import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate truck deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient and timely transport operations.
• Monitor stock intake to provide an accurate stock picture to our operations teams.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
• Supporting the team in the prevention and further reduction of delivery complaints
• Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Handling all the customer complaints related to the logistics department (Delayed orders – Returns requests)
