Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the brand and products within the perfume industry. This role will focus on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering consumer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, creativity, and a passion for fragrance and luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, print, and events).
  • Manage product launches, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate with target consumers.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing collateral that reflects the brand’s image and values.
  • Product Promotion and Sales Support:
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute promotional strategies that increase market share.
  • Create promotional materials (samples, gift sets, etc.) and manage point-of-sale campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and media to boost visibility and credibility of the brand.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
  • Manage the brand’s online presence across various social media platforms.
  • Plan and oversee content creation (videos, imagery, blogs) tailored to perfume enthusiasts and brand followers.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Analyze consumer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to shape future marketing initiatives.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and execute brand events, product launches, and in-store promotions.
  • Develop experiential marketing campaigns to engage customers and offer immersive fragrance experiences.
  • Budgeting & Reporting:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including sales growth, ROI, and consumer engagement metrics.
