• Attend to guests’ needs throughout their stay, offering five-star service with an emphasis on discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage reservations for activities such as island tours, kite surfing, snorkeling, and other local excursions.
• Arrange dining experiences, including exclusive romantic dinners, both on-site and in the surrounding areas.
• Organize transport and ensure smooth logistics for guests’ trips, whether it is an airport transfer or a day out exploring Zanzibar.
• Manage daily housekeeping and coordinate with other resort staff to maintain top-tier service.
