Job Summary:
As a Recreation – Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children participating in the kids club activities. You will organize and lead games, crafts, and other recreational activities for children to enjoy during their stay.

Job Responsibility:
– Welcome children and parents to the kids club, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
– Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.
– Supervise children during activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
– Maintain a clean and organized kids club area, including cleaning up after activities and sanitizing toys and supplies.
– Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their children’s participation and well-being.
– Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise among children in a professional and positive manner.

Candidate Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children in a recreational setting is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
– Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
– Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
– Passion for working with children and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for them.
