Recreation – Recreation Attendant – Amwaj Rotana – Jumeirah Beach

Job Summary:
The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational activities for guests. They will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Job Responsibility:
– Assist in the set-up and breakdown of recreational equipment and supplies.
– Monitor and supervise guests participating in recreational activities.
– Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
– Provide assistance and guidance to guests to enhance their recreational experience.
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in recreational areas.
– Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding recreational facilities to the appropriate personnel.
– Promote and encourage participation in recreational activities among guests.

Candidate Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
– Physical fitness and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
